my daughter has a big stomach

my daughter is one and half month and her stomach's shape is weird, it so big and solid most of the time
we took her to 2 doctors and they both gave her medicine for gases, first doc gave disflatyl (10 drops before feeding) the next week we went to another doctor because her stomach was still solid, he told us to stop the previous medication and gave us Salinal (although both Disflatyl & Salinal are simethicone) and gripe water three times a day 2.5ml before feeding.
